Set your self apart from your peers with on the job training, gaining additional skills and industry experience to compliment your Masters Degree. Through this unique world class program you can be placed into a City Based host organisation to work on a live project. Upon completion of your Masters, you will have industry experience, a validated referee and already be at an advantage compared those who are only just finishing their degree.
Program Overview
The Internship runs for 12 - 14 weeks during a normal trimester period, the Intern spending 20 hours per week with the host company. Working on a project set by the organisation resulting in not only adding practical experience to your theoretical knowledge, but experiencing first hand Australian Corporate life.
By interacting with various individuals and business units over the duration of the internship will give you a thorough understanding and Invaluable insight – which will enhance your career opportunities.

Who can apply?
The internship program is available for high-achieving Masters students only. Students must have completed at least two trimesters at JCUB. Masters students can apply to do an internship in their last trimester at JCUB.
Internship prerequisites:
- enrol in the International Work Certificate Program
- GPA competitive basis– preference given to higher achieving Students
- No academic misconduct reports
- No subject fails
