JCU Brisbane Employment & Careers Department offers free assistance to all students seeking part-time work or graduate employment. These services range from ensuring students resume’s are appropriate for the Australian job market, one on one interviews, with guidance and feedback to improve employment prospects right through to making interview appointments and liaising with perspective employers. Our personalised professional assistance has been enjoyed by hundreds of students.

Through the close relationship JCU Brisbane enjoys with Sarina Russo Schools, we are able to provide students who meet the criteria with additional training in order for them to gain employment. There are several options available to students depending on their current or perspective employment needs. These training programs range in price from $100

Individual Appointments
- Initial individual appointments are 45 – 1 Hour minutes .
- Students should arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete registration paperwork.
- This is to be considered your first job interview – please come dressed professionally
- If a student is late, the appointment will be cancelled you will be required to reschedule another appointment.
- We cannot guarantee that the appointment time you select will be available, however a consultant will confirm this with you by phone once you submit your appointment request.
- We suggest that you provide at least 3 days notice of your appointment request.
- Appointments can only be requested via the online forms below.
- Please attach your most current resume
