One of JCU's leading academics, Professor Chris Cocklin, has shared in the Nobel Peace Prize awarded jointly to former US Vice President Al Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Innovation in the use of teaching styles and taching technologies is fundamental to JCU's approach to teaching.
