It is the ongoing focus of Sarina Russo Schools | Australia to provide quality courses that concentrate on developing international quality service standards and managerial competency. Due to the strong focus on industry needs, we have developed an Industry Placement Program which endeavours to provide realistic learning outcomes for our students. To date, the industry placement program has had tremendous success facilitating the process to ensure that students are offered guaranteed paid employment. Students of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management with Cert III in Commercial Cookery acquire a paid position with a third party employer in the Hospitality Sector. Students are guaranteed 1 year of practical paid work experience and 390 hours Industry Placement as part of their course.
