I originally came to Russo Recruitment hoping to get work, though not really expecting anything special, as I had been let down by your industry.
To my (pleasant) surprise, your team not only had me working within a week, but I have now found myself continuing at the government agency, being paid through their payroll. Your team really do work as a team, and whilst I did not have the pleasure of meeting or talking to everyone at your office, I knew that no matter who I talked to when I phoned, they would know who I was, and my details, making contact with your team a very personal experience. I have worked in several industries, and the one underlying theme that I highly regard, and pride myself in, is customer service. No matter what your job, customer service is very important to me, and I say your team are 10 out of 10 for all aspects of customer service.
