About Us

Sarina Russo is an industry leader in education, training, recruitment and job creation.

In 1979, Sarina rented a room and started her own typing and commercial practices business, The Office Academy, which had just nine students.

She had a talent to motivate people to learn new, life-changing skills and build their self-belief. She promised she’d get her students jobs - and she did.

Sarina Russo Job Access - Australia

Free recruitment service for jobseekers and employers specialising in finding work for the long-term unemployed, parents, people with a disability, the mature aged and people from non-English speaking backgrounds. Since 2004, 115,000 jobseekers have been placed with 100,000 employers. Assist eligible ‘unemployed entrepreneurs’ to complete a Certificate IV in Business (Small Business Management) so they can start and run their own businesses under the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme which allows.

Sarina Russo Job Access - Great Britain

Provides employment services and work placements across 15 sites in the West Midlands, London and Brighton. We match the unemployed with employers in the West Midlands under Flexible New Deal Phase 1. We have placed more than 4,000, 18-24 years olds into work placements with community and voluntary organisations across London, the South East and the West Midlands under the Community Task Force programme.

Up-skill existing staff with a wide range of short, impact courses and/or Certificate level qualifications. Provide free Government funded Certificate II programs for eligible jobseekers

Coordinates the sign-up processes, access Commonwealth Government financial incentives for employers and apprentices and engage training organisation. Serviced over 94,000 apprentices across over 600 training qualifications National clients include Telstra, QANTAS and Westfarmers.
