SRJA is aware of the importance of following consistent recruitment practices, especially with volume recruitment. Throughout the entire recruitment process, we ensure that all candidates are screened and assessed against the selection criteria and within the same guidelines. To ensure we can maintain a high level of customer service, we have implemented comprehensive performance standards with appropriate monitoring system. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through our Quality Assurance Program accredited to the AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994 standard.

This ensures that the services provided are reliable and of a consistently high standard. Every SRJA centre has been independently inspected (including testing the soundness and application of systems and procedure manuals) and has passed as meeting ISO 9001 requirements.

SRJA has been independently inspected by an external Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure

  • Soundness and application of policy and procedure manuals;
  • Customer service standards are upheld;
  • Complaints processes are followed;
  • Staff training is undertaken and appropriate records are kept;
  • Traceability of client records;
  • Privacy, confidentiality and security of all client data is maintained;
  • Up to date copies of essential externally generated documents are kept, eg copies of the Privacy Act, Workplace Health & Safety Act etc; and
  • The company is striving to achieve continuous improvement by implementing corrective and preventive action.
  • All aspects of our operation passed as meeting requirements.
