Successful Job Placements
Since May 1998, Sarina Russo Job Access (SRJA) has registered approximately 50,000 job seekers and placed over 16,000 job seekers into employment. One of our major clients is the Commonwealth Government with a current Employment Services contract involving the delivery of over 50,000 job placements in a 3 year contract period. Feedback from the Government’s contract managers ranks our performance well above the state and national Job Network providers
SRJA management and consultants have an impressive level of expertise and experience with high volume recruitment. Our staff have agency experience in the coordination of and recruitment for many varying projects:
SRJA can provide you with access to a wide range of potential employees through its own national database of job ready candidates. We can also provide access to all candidates registered on the national Job Network database. Suitable candidates who demonstrate appropriate skills/aptitude will be provided with appropriate pre-employment training. Further access to suitable candidates will be provided through:
- selective newspaper and other media promotion;
- the SarinaRusso.com.au web page;
- the www.seek.com.au web page; and
- promotional visits to schools and other employment/training forums.
Customised training
SRJA also has the capacity to provide training courses for eligible job seekers to meet the organisation’s needs and to ensure that candidates are job ready. The majority of SRJA centres have modern training facilities and are staffed with trainers who are qualified to a minimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Training (Category 2). Through our partnership with Sarina Russo Schools | Australia, SRJA can also design more comprehensive training programs, incorporating components of existing business induction and skill development programs.
SRJA, working in tandem with Sarina Russo Schools | Australia, is equipped to deliver all forms of training ranging from first year university through to basic work preparation and job search training. If required, we will also purchase work specific pre-employment training, including on-the-job training and job subsidies.
