Sarina Russo Job Access (Australia) (SRJA) is currently a mid-sized national provider of employment and training services. SRJA and Sarina Russo Schools | Australia were originally divisions of The Office Business Academy Pty Ltd which was established in 1979 by Sarina Russo, the Managing Director. The organisation was incorporated as a proprietary company in February 1982. SRJA was originally established as a personnel division of the Business College in 1979 to assist graduates in obtaining employment.
While SRJA’s initial core business focused on education, training and career development for the thousands of people who graduate each year from courses provided through Sarina Russo Schools | Australia, the company progressively developed a large clientele of employers in the corporate and government sectors who now use the organisation to recruit staff.
With the commencement of the Job Network in May 1998, SRJA established ten offices within the Brisbane area. Following the highly successful delivery of its first Job Network contract, the company expanded to deliver Job Network services for Intensive Assistance, Job Matching and Job Search Training from over 30 offices operating throughout South East Queensland, Northern New South Wales and Victoria. In addition to the government employment contract, SRJA provides a range of customised permanent and temporary recruitment services to employers. The Sarina Russo Schools | Australia are private education institutions offering education and training in business, information technology, business administration, hospitality, travel and tourism and English. Courses offered range from Certificate to Diploma levels. The Institute is also a registered provider of training for Apprenticeships and Traineeships.
Sarina Russo Schools | Australia have a Corporate Training Division which assists corporate clients by designing training packages tailored specifically to the needs of their companies. Services offered include: training needs identification and analysis; development of comprehensive training and development programs designed to meet individual and organisational specifications; and assessment and evaluation of competencies achieved.
