Sarina Russo Job Access (Australia) (SRJA) places a high emphasis on recruiting and keeping quality staff. The SRJA national network of offices is staffed by approximately 450 employment consultants. SRJA staff were primarily recruited from the former Commonwealth Employment Service (CES) and private employment agencies, about 30 per cent of these staff have human resources experience in other industry sectors.
SRJA Case Managers include qualified psychologists, graduates from the Deakin University Graduate Certificate in Case Management, qualified Workplace Trainers and Assessors. These staff have extensive experience in providing employment services to a range of clients.
Our staff also have a comprehensive range of employer and industry contacts and an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market, including employer requirements, and emerging job opportunities. They have the necessary skills to match job seekers effectively to the skill needs of employers.
