For training support and delivery within a traineeship, employers can choose their preferred RTO. The RTO is an important member of the traineeship agreement. They will:
- Issue the statement of results and qualifications.
- Verify assessment against competency standards,
- Assist with development of training plans,
- Organise and deliver training,
- Verify skills the trainee may already have,
- Offer advice on training strategies in the workplace
