Former international television commercials director, Mr Bradford Walton found himself unemployed after recovering from a serious illness that required major surgery to save his life. “The first step was to get a job - any job.  There’s a lot to be said for the power of employment.  It makes one feel important and needed - regardless of whether you’re pulling beers in a pub or making a TV commercial. Mr Walton said Sarina Russo Job Access was a great help in getting him a part-time job and giving him the opportunity to pursue the dream of establishing his own Creative Consultancy and Film and Video Production Company through the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS). “Sarina Russo Job Access and the NEIS program was the catalysts in making his dream a reality.  Their financial and advisory support helped him immensely to make the transition to independence.  “Thanks to the NEIS program I’ve established ‘Bradford Walton Creative’ a Creative Consultancy and Film and Video Production Company,” Mr Walton said.
