Pizza Capers
I'd like to praise the fantastic work of two of your employees, which I'm sure you know. Jared Lowe from Toowong will be sadly missed by myself and Pizza Capers, his professional attitude and ability to go above any of my expectations is an ongoing practice. I wish Jared only the best for his future and hope for all our sakes he returns to his position where he is suited and appreciated. My second star is Miss Kim Watson from your Underwood store. Kim makes me laugh every we talk, considering her area would have to be the more difficult for us to fill out positions. Again Kim goes above and beyond and her infectious personality and excellent time management skills is a little wonder that can't be praised enough. I was sad to hear Albina leave for three months but look forward to her return. Most of your staff I deal with are courteous and always extremely helpful, but without Jared and Kim's help in the last 12 months, we may not have been able to open an additional 12 stores. Thank you for the excellent service you provide to Employers and look forward to enjoying an ongoing relationship with Sarina Russo staff.

Just letting you know I was in the TV ad for Sarina Russo "How to get that job" Dec 06, well my traineeship finished on the 12th June and my place of employment with the Brisbane Magistrates Court have decided to keep me on, which I am so excited about and would like to thank the Sarina Russo Group for giving me the opportunity to fulfil my dreams, like even going on TV gave me confidence to go get that job. If you could pass on to Karen at the Annerley office a big thank you as well. She pushed & helped me along the way and kept telling me I could do it so I would like her to know I am now sitting in an airconditioned office in the Brisbane Magistrates Court just like she said I would be, and I'm doing just fine.

I would like to say how wonderful I have been treated here and the level of professionalism that has been displayed to me, especially by Olivia, Emma and my case worker Leanne all of which displayed dedication and courtesy and respect for my situation and yet still placeing emphasis on trying to place me in the right position, they have all been extremely kind and considerate and I trust that you will pass on my comments to them as they are indeed a credit to your organisation and without the likes of these amazing people I dare say that things would be very different here, well done to all.

Thank you for your assistance that helped me obtain the job I wanted. I am looking forward to being employed full time again and appreciate your ongoing support for this position as well as with training. Dandenong has a number one team including everyone from reception to the employment consultants and trainers. This has surprisingly been a pleasant experience due to the friendly and professional staff that are meticulously organized and just plain great at their jobs. The information I received from the Training sessions was up to date and helpful. I especially found the Interview Module of great assistance in preparing for interviews. The Sarina Russo staff at Dandenong are exceptional including Nessa, Leanne with training and Kelly Hobson in particular with whom I received personal one on one assistance. Kelly, it was at pleasure meeting you and inspiring to see a Consultant so dedicated and efficient at her job. Your help and support is much appreciated.

I came across the Sarina Russo about three months ago looking for a Traineeship in Office Administration, I was asked to come in for an interview and that was when I meet Sue.Sue went through the processes of a traineeship and really helped me to understand the objectives, Sue also provided me with the help of restructuring my resume to make it clearer as to what I was looking for. Renato and Sue explained in a very friendly and simple way without making us feel uncomfortable how the traineeship works, I felt very at ease to ask question’s that did not make me feel out of place. I went for a job interview feeling very confident with what I learnt with Renato and Sue.Within two days the printing company called to say I was the successful applicant. At a very important time in my job career Sarina Russo made me feel strong and confident that I was the person for this position. I would like to send my sincere thanks to everyone at Sarina Russo. Thank you so very much.

Earlier last year, due to my financial situation, I was assisted by SRJA Wynnum to purchase some new business clothing & a pair of shoes for interviews, which helped my self-esteem greatly. I am extremely grateful for that assistance. I thought I'd landed the job of my dreams, as a Marketing Assistant. I was able to secure extra daycare and began putting in long hours and studying for my Dip Financial Planning. However, after 3 months in the job, my daughter again fell ill and even though I had medical certificates from the hospital, my employer forced me to resign. I didn't know who to call for advice, so I range SRJA Wynnum. It was then that I spoke with Ann-Maree Lee and she was such a support! Her empathy, advice & patience was far beyond expectation. At my appointment, I had my 2-yr-old with me and the staff were wonderful, helping to keep her busy whilst assisting me in specifying my career goals and what I was emotionally & physically capable of doing for my job search after my negative experience. Again, SRJA exceeded my expectations - I wasn't made to feel that I had to take any job for them to get their commission (like recruitment agencies) and I wasn't 'just a number'. Callum understood that I was spending day and night emailing off resumes, making phone calls and trying to get interviews whilst looking after a 2-yr-old. His positive attitude, helpfulness, maturity and understanding are greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank Denise Bozman and Shane Barnes for all their help and support in obtaining employment for myself. Without Denise, all her encouragement and help with my interviews, her constant support for me, when I was down encouraging me to keep going and her help with the way I should dress for my job interviews. Denise was the best case manager I had. I hope in some way she is rewarded for all her hard work. Without Shane's help in helping me with my resume, support of me, I feel I would not be working at Novotel Brisbane now where I have the change to grow and learn a whole new career path for myself. I would like to see both these excellent case manager's receive some type of recognition for their hard work in helping the unemployed. I would also like to add my new case manager Hayley Whiteman, who I would also like to thank for her support and obtaining me the course I need to step up the latter at Novotel. She too should be rewarded for her hard work.

When I first signed up with Sarina Russo I thought I did not want to be there and was wanting to get a job immediately and start my life as a working young professional. I met with my case manager Stephanie Cartledge and was apprehensive about the whole process to start with. Stephanie explained everything that was required of me at Sarina Russo and what was required for job search training in such a way that I felt more at ease and happy to work with her. My case manager was determined to get me a job and to ensure that I came into the office on a daily basis so that we could work together in order to get my skills up to date for employment. I told my case manager that I wanted nothing more than to work at Supre but didn't know how to apply, as I had no previous experience. Stephanie arranged through head office in Sydney an Interview with Danielle Ford (manager at the time) for Supre in Carindale. Once having secured an interview time, I was to come into the office with a selection of outfits to choose with my case managers guidance and to run through some mock interview techniques. This helped me to feel relaxed and prepared for the interview and the industry that I had always dreamt of working in but didn't know how. I got the job and was ecstatic. We then went through some selling techniques and strategies on how to behave in a professional manner whilst at work. Today I am still working at Supre and still loving it and will be progressing into the merchandising department for Supre which I am so excited about. My case manager helped me to get a job at Supre which is the hardest job to get for teenage girls today, everyone wants a job there and I got to be one of the lucky ones.

I am a single parent. I had a career and an amazing life before I had my son, not that I would trade my baby for anything. I had to sacrifice certain things as all parents do. I gave up my career to be an at home mum and I became very lonely. I ended up with post natal depression which then turned into obsessive compulsive disorder, my house was so clean that people didn't feel comfortable coming to visit. Centrelink referred me to your agency, Sarina Russo Job Access and that was the beginning of the rest of my life. From my very first appointment with Nicole, she looked at me and said "Don't worry, if you truly want a job, you will find one in 3 weeks, if you work hard" I scoffed thinking how would that be possible. I commenced Job Search Training and Nicole assisted me with my resume, I am proud to say that I didn't even need to finish the course, as I gained employment in 2 weeks. I'm now working towards a better life for my son and me. I now get up in the morning get nicely dressed, do my hair and make-up then go to my place of work and feel good about myself. Without the assistance from Nicole and Hap organising the interview for me, I wouldn't be where I am today. They also helped with before and after school care for my son. My confidence and self-esteem has been lifted and I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. You have great staff. They have a true commitment and passion to making a difference for people just like me.

Please thank your staff for their assistance and a BIG BIG thank you to Lee Ann for believing in me. The contract with the Department of Defence (which Lee Ann sent for) has lasted 12 months and from there I have managed to win a further contract for 14 months. My self-esteem was extremely low when I first saw Lee Ann and she was great in building me up and giving the confidence to achieving just about anything.
