ISO 9001 assesses the effectiveness of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
Quality Assurance Framework
Sarina Russo Job Access has held Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) certification since 2016 following its introduction.
Complementing ISO 9001, the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) for Workforce Australia providers took effect from 1 July 2015 in recognition of the Government’s commitment to ensuring the delivery of quality services for job seekers and employers. The QAF sets the minimum standard of quality for employment services providers. Certification under the QAF provides the department with assurances that providers have in place quality policies and procedures to support the management, monitoring and improvement of service delivery.

Sarina Russo Job Access was awarded ISO/IEC 27001 certification in 2021 demonstrating our compliance and commitment to robust information security management system and ensuring we manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties.
DESE Information Security Systems Scheme Issue 1
Sarina Russo Job Access was awarded ISO/IEC 27001 certification in 2021 demonstrating we operate an ISMS that meets (and exceeds) expectations of ISO/IEC 27001 as operated globally.
This scheme customises the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001. The scope of this certification scheme is compliance with the Department’s contractual requirements (Statement of Applicability, SoA) for providers’ ISMS under the Right Fit for Risk (RFFR) accreditation approach.
SRJA was one of the first contracted employment services providers to obtain this certification covering
1) The delivery of a provider service; 2) Storage, processing, or communication of data related to delivering provider services; and 3) Data, information and Records supporting the program.

Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2
The Sarina Russo Group website has been designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users. We regularly review and update our site to enhance usability and adhere to current accessibility standards. Our approach is based on the Australian Government’s guidelines, which align with the WCAG 2.2 AA standards and the Disability Discrimination Act of 1992. Our audit has been performed against these WCAG 2.2 standards, covering all levels of WCAG 2.2 conformance (including Level A, AA & AAA). By addressing the audit findings, we ensure that our site meets high standards for web accessibility.
