Celebrating global connections as French engineering students graduate in Brisbane

The Sarina Russo Group recently celebrated the graduation of 64 engineering students from PROMEO Formation in Beauvais, France, who successfully completed a four-week study program at Sarina Russo Institute (SRI) in Brisbane.

Now in its fifth consecutive year, the partnership between SRI and PROMEO Formation continues to provide students with valuable international learning experiences that combine education, cultural exchange and career development. During their time in Australia, the students participated in intensive English language training designed to strengthen their communication skills and prepare them for the Cambridge Linguaskill English Examination. They also explored Australia's engineering sector, gained insights into international career pathways, and connected with industry professionals through networking opportunities.

To mark the completion of the program, the graduating French students joined fellow SRI English language students for a celebratory barbecue on 24 September. The event provided an opportunity for students from different backgrounds and cultures to come together, share their experiences and build lasting friendships.

As another successful cohort returns home, the program continues to strengthen international relationships while showcasing Brisbane as a welcoming destination for study, professional development and cultural exchange.
