Kendehl’s Journey with K’s Delicious Catering and Sarina Russo Entrepreneurs

From the heart of Normanville, South Australia, a powerful story of resilience, community, and purpose is unfolding. Meet Kendehl, proud mum of two—Nikita and Arthur—dedicated member of the Yankalilla Lions Club, and the passionate founder of K’s Delicious Catering.

Driven by a deep love for her community and a personal journey shaped by surviving domestic violence, Kendehl has transformed her life’s challenges into a mission of compassion. Her food truck is not just a business—it is a beacon of hope. For the past three months, she has been serving more than just meals; she has been offering care, safety, and understanding to individuals facing homelessness and domestic violence.

“This mission was born from compassion,” Kendehl shares. “It’s about making a lasting impact, not just with food, but with kindness and non-judgment.”

Kendehl’s journey took a transformative turn when she joined the Self-Employment Assistance Program by Sarina Russo Entrepreneurs, guided by her dedicated business coach, Marielba Bortone in South Australia.

“The learning curve has been steep but incredibly rewarding,” says Kendehl. “Marielba and the program have provided exceptional support, helping me refine my business model and expand my reach.”

Through workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities, the program has equipped Kendehl with the tools to build a sustainable enterprise. She has gained valuable insights into business planning, marketing, and community engagement—knowledge that directly enhances her ability to serve those in need.

“This is not just about serving meals,” she explains. “It is about building a business that can consistently offer a helping hand and a source of hope.”

K’s Delicious Catering is more than a food truck—it is a movement. With a growing presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Kendehl is reaching more people every day. She is now seeking paid partnerships, sponsors, and donations to expand her impact and provide more regular meals to vulnerable communities.

“I’m so excited about what the upcoming months hold,” she says. “Personally and professionally, I’m ready to grow and continue making a real difference.”

Whether it’s catering for events with tailored dietary needs or offering photography and more, K’s Delicious Catering is committed to creating unforgettable experiences.
